Do you have questions when it comes to outsourcing and how our program works?
Here are some of the most common questions we get asked:
⍰ Do the assistants speak and understand English?
Yes, English is fluently spoken throughout the Philippines and is often the language they use in education and business.
⍰ How about the time zone? Is it hard to schedule a time to work together?
No, almost all of our assistants work in our client’s time zone or shifts that are split between our time and theirs.
⍰ Do you offer fair pay?
We frequently check wages in the area to ensure we are paying fair and above average. It’s my goal to create an amazing experience for BOTH parties in the hire, my clients, and the candidates.
⍰ Are you an agency?
No, most definitely not. My service is a one-time investment. Most agencies hire beginners and quality assistants try to avoid sticking with agencies long-term.
⍰ Are these beginners?
No, I never hire beginners. We always hire intermediate experience or above. This is one of the perks of our fee being a one-time investment as opposed to the agency model. Once you hit the break-even point you actually pay less per hour for a higher-level assistant than through an agency. It’s the same concept as renting vs buying a home.
⍰ How does your program work?
In our Hire Train Delegate service we help you ethically outsource to an Executive Growth Assistant using our three-step process:
➡️First, we hire a long-term team member that’s perfect for your business. This is the Robin to your Batman and it happens without you spending hours and hours weeding through resumes or sitting through mind-numbing interviews.
➡️Next, we help you develop a custom training plan that’s specific to your business. One that brings your team member on board quickly without sucking hours out of your time. In fact, our assistants are usually up to speed in 30 days or less.
➡️Finally, we help you learn to delegate like a boss while also creating a team culture of growth and longevity.
No more wondering if you’re bad at managing your team. You’ll have the systems in place to run your team efficiently and effectively.
